Davis has strategy to manage growth

Letter to the Editor, as published in the Citrus County Chronicle June 11, 2020:

I am endorsing Holly Davis as Citrus County’s next County Commissioner for District 5.

Holly is currently my neighbor, and I have known her since I returned to the area, about two years ago. I attended high school in Crystal River before joining the Air Force. Similarly, Holly grew up in Citrus County and returned 22 years later. This time away, in different states, and building successful companies, gives her a good perspective, which will help Citrus County through the next four years. Essential to her is putting a strategy in place and implementing it to manage the growth the county will experience, given the Suncoast Parkway expansion. The parkway is here, and whether we like it or not, we need to decide what we want our county to look like and make it happen. We need leaders like Holly to help us through this time of growth and change.

This coming election is our way to say how we want our county run. If you are looking for a strategy to manage the growth of the county, the preservation of our waters, and the well-being of our businesses, then vote Holly Davis for County Commissioner, District 5.
